Gazing Moon Confirmed for Bilibili World 2026 (BW2026) in Shanghai

Shiyue Network has officially confirmed that Gazing Moon (望月) will be participating in Bilibili World 2026 (BW2026), one of China’s largest ACG (Anime, Comic, and Games) conventions.

Following the massive success of the recent Guangzhou offline playtest, the development team is bringing an expanded demo to Shanghai, promising players a deeper look into the world of Tianyue City.

What to Expect at BW2026

While the Guangzhou playtest in June gave players their first hands-on experience with the game’s combat and early story, time constraints meant many open-world features were locked.

For BW2026, the development team has promised to unlock a “complete urban slice” of Tianyue City. According to recent developer interviews, players at BW2026 will be able to experience:

• The Vehicle System: Drive around the city streets.
• Moon Spirit Challenges: Engage in open-world activities and puzzles using Moon Spirit abilities.
• Exploration and Treasure Hunting: Discover hidden chests and secrets using the “Moon Eye Scan” (月瞳扫描) feature.
• Dynamic World Events: Experience random encounters that make the city feel alive.

The Hype is Real

Gazing Moon’s momentum continues to build. The game recently surpassed 5.54 million pre-registrations across all platforms, cementing its status as one of the most anticipated upcoming urban open-world RPGs.

The introduction of new characters like the tennis-playing “Red Queen” Lingbeijing at the Guangzhou event has only fueled the excitement. BW2026 attendees can likely expect more character reveals and perhaps even a new trailer.
